Keystone HELP Loans for Scranton, Bethlehem, Reading, Allentown, Wilkes-Barre & Other Cities in Pennsylvania
Keystone HELP is a popular low-interest home energy loan program in the state of Pennsylvania. Its two main goals are to promote energy efficient home improvements and give people with modest incomes the ability to make them. At Homeowner Resource Center, we help people qualify for assistance under Keystone HELP in addition to various other home improvement subsidy programs. Whether you’ve lived in your current home for 10, 20, or even 30 years, it’s likely that even just a couple of energy efficient upgrades can put a noticeable dent in your monthly utility bills. Under the Keystone program, which improvements you decide to make are totally up to you as long as at least 75% of the project is done using certain pre-qualified improvements.
Keystone HELP is just one of the many government-backed programs that are available through Homeowner Resource Center. Others include:
- FHA Title 1
- FHA 203k
- PFHA loans
- HUD
- And more
The most important thing to remember is that many different programs do exist that can help you afford home improvements. For over 20 years, Homeowner Resource Center has given hope to the many honest, hard working people in this state who deserve to live in comfortable homes with all the basic modern amenities. Keystone HELP makes this possible by offering both secured and unsecured loans with below-market interest rates, no money down, and easy repayment options.
